Overview
Cole is an associate in the Casualty Department, focusing on the areas of construction injury litigation, trucking and & transportation liability, premises liability and amusements, sports & recreation liability.
Cole received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Bucknell University, with a double major in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. Cole received the 2021 Herbert Goodman Barrows Prize for Most Outstanding Senior in the Greek program and was selected to be an honorary member of Eta Sigma Phi, a national Classics fraternity.
Following graduation, Cole attended Tulane University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. and a Certificate in Sports Law. Cole earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Negotiation and Mediation through Tulane’s study abroad program at Humboldt University of Berlin. While at Tulane, Cole was heavily involved in the Moot Court program, winning the first annual California Sports Lawyers Negotiation Competition in the Rose Bowl Stadium, and becoming the Head Coach of Tulane’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Cole worked as a summer associate for a civil litigation firm in New Orleans primarily focusing on legal ethics and family law. During his final year of law school, Cole had an externship with an entertainment production company, allowing him to work on entertainment law matters while on set of a television series in production.
