Overview
Ray is an accomplished litigator in the areas of medical malpractice and professional liability. Representing clients in Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts, he is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including jury trials and appeals, arbitration and mediation. He has secured several appellate victories in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania on behalf of physicians and other health care professionals.
Ray places a high priority on client relationships, partnering with them to achieve their desired outcomes. He is involved in cases from beginning to completion, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, selecting experts and preparing for trial.
Ray is a graduate of Fordham University and Villanova University School of Law. Outside of the office, he can be found spending time with his family, cheering on his favorite soccer team or watching the latest blockbuster movie.

Successfully defeated plaintiff’s request for a new trial after a defense verdict in favor of a physician in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County.

Following a defense verdict in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, successfully defeated plaintiff’s request for a new trial and appeal alleging multiple judicial errors at trial in a matter alleging failure to diagnose a carcinoid tumor.
As trial counsel for a hospital client, obtained a hung jury in a medical malpractice matter against Emergency Room personnel for alleged failure to diagnose multiple internal injuries following the plaintiff’s crush injury between a delivery truck and loading dock (matter later settled by co-defendants without hospital payment).
