Tiffany T. Oshiro

Associate

    Tiffany is an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department where she represents some of the largest insurance carriers and their insureds in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, motor vehicle negligence, general liability, product liability and contract disputes. 

    Tiffany is a former public defender and litigated thousands of cases ranging from juvenile offenses through first degree felonies, to include 17 jury trials and 25 bench trials. While at Marshall Dennehey, Tiffany has handled all phases of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to trial and has successfully represented clients in the courtroom in routine and complex litigation.

    Tiffany has extensive experience in voir dire and plays a key role in assisting with jury selection during trials. Drawing on her undergraduate studies in human behavior, she effectively tailors strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

    In her free time, Tiffany coaches a local high school’s mock trial team and assists the local law school with their seasonal mock trials.  Tiffany is a parishioner at St. Stephen Catholic Church where she is active in the women’s group assisting with charitable events.
