An Even Dozen: Marshall Dennehey Named One of the Philadelphia Region’s “Best Places to Work” for 12th Consecutive Year
For the 12th year in a row, Marshall Dennehey has been selected one of the Philadelphia region's "Best Places to Work" by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The award recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture.
Marshall Dennehey has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work” every year since 2013, winning the extra-large company category in 2020, 2019 and 2017. Hundreds of companies submitted nominations to the program, which ranks the top employers according to scores given to the companies by their own workers. Marshall Dennehey's Delaware Valley locations, including its Philadelphia headquarters and offices in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Mount Laurel, New Jersey; and Wilmington, Delaware, were included in the survey.
"After 12 years, this honor is more meaningful than ever," said G. Mark Thompson, Marshall Dennehey's President & CEO. "When you think of all the change our industry has experienced during this time, it's gratifying to know that our culture, values, opportunity and quality of people our brand stands for has remained the same -- which is to say, superlative. Every year, administrative professionals, paralegals and attorneys choose to bring their talent to Marshall Dennehey. They make those decisions intelligently, based on our reputation and informed by sources such as Best Places to Work. I am beyond grateful for each and every employee's hard work and ongoing commitment to the success of our firm."
Winners of the company-size categories will be announced at a celebratory event in July. For more information, please visit the Philadelphia Business Journal.
