Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that 17 attorneys, 10 women and 7 men, have been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2022. The class of new shareholders includes one of the highest percentages – 59 percent – of women in the firm’s 60-year history. These new shareholders represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 10 of the firm's 19 regional offices.

Ashley S. Eldridge, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm's Workers’ Compensation Department. Ashley defends a diverse field of employers, self-insureds, TPA clients and various companies in the manufacturing, food production, transportation, construction, non-profit and retail industries. She graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received her juris doctor from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Dana A. Gittleman, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. Dana focuses her practice on the defense of claims and lawsuits brought against insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, real estate professionals, financial entities, large product manufacturers, lenders and other professionals. A graduate of Emory University, she received her juris doctor from the Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Todd J. Leon, former special counsel, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. Todd focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation and contractual disputes. He has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of claims at the trial and appellate levels of both the state and federal courts and he is particularly experienced in managing cases that involve sophisticated "risk shifting" issues, including both additional insurance coverage and contractual indemnification. He is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he splits his time between the firm’s Philadelphia and Mount Laurel offices.
Alesia S. Sulock, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. Alesia focuses her practice on the defense of attorneys, accountants, corporate directors and officers, and other professionals, as well as various commercial litigation matters. She has significant experience in legal malpractice matters and often represents attorneys in connection with Dragonetti suits, abuse of process claims, and disciplinary matters. She also represents clients in connection with property and real estate matters. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned her law degree at Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ryan M. Krescanko, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department. Ryan devotes his practice to the defense of mass toxic tort matters arising out of exposure to asbestos and benzene. He manages this litigation from case initiation through negotiation to trial, including pleadings, oral and written discovery, motions practice, and client reporting. Ryan also represents clients in the areas of Federal black lung and general liability, defending matters involving premises liability, personal injury and commercial litigation. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained his juris doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Erin N. Margolin, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department. Erin concentrates her practice in the defense of asbestos, mass toxic tort matters arising out of exposure to asbestos, silica and benzene. Her day-to-day asbestos practice includes directly participating in all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial, throughout Western Pennsylvania. Erin is a graduate of Lehigh University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia.
Darren M. Newberry, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department. Darren focuses his practice on high-exposure matters involving premises liability, products liability, liquor liability and motor vehicle liability. He also handles retail and premises liability cases involving slip and falls, design and construction defect and negligent security claims. A graduate of Ithaca College, Darren obtained his juris doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Karen ‘Missy’ E. Minehan, former special counsel, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Health Care Department. Missy focuses her practice on the defense of professional medical negligence, corporate negligence, and premises liability claims as well as medical licensing matters before licensing boards such as the Pennsylvania Boards of Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Nursing and Psychology. Her individual clients include physicians, nurses, therapists, mental health professionals, and other licensed health care providers. Her institutional clients include long-term care facilities (such as skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and personal care homes), dialysis outpatient clinics, and hospitals. A graduate of Wellesley College, she holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, and earned her juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Lisa M. Grubb, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department, where she focuses her practice on the defense of general liability matters including premises liability and motor vehicle accidents as well as defense of commercial trucking cases. Debra M. Marcus, former special counsel, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Health Care Department. An experienced trial attorney, Debra concentrates her practice in medical malpractice, with an emphasis on dental professionals. She has defended hundreds of dentists faced with malpractice claims and in investigations before the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry. She additionally represents licensed professionals before multiple State Boards including, dental, social work, optometry, medical and veterinary. Andrew H. Isakoff, former special counsel, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department. Andrew is a former insurance industry claims executive with significant experience in property and casualty litigation. As a civil litigator he defends auto, commercial auto, trucking and transportation matters, bad faith litigation and coverage issues, and he also has experience litigating commercial and business disputes. In addition to his practice, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University where he teaches Insurance Law. Corey K.
