Marshall Dennehey Expands Florida Workers’ Compensation Team With Addition of Erykah L. Jackson
Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that Erykah L. Jackson has joined the firm’s Jacksonville office as an associate in the Workers' Compensation Department. Jackson joins firm shareholders Heather Byrer Carbone, Linda Wagner Farrell and Kelly M. Scifres, who lead Marshall Dennehey's statewide practice from the firm's Jacksonville office.
Jackson represents and advises employers and their respective insurance carriers solely in workers’ compensation defense matters. She represents clients from the date of injury or loss through to settlement or final hearing. Her experience also includes the defense of municipalities and government entities under the Florida Heart and Lung Bill.

A graduate of Florida International University, Jackson earned her juris doctor from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. She is a member of the American Inns of Court, the E. Robert Williams Inns of Court and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
