Marshall Dennehey Welcomes Appellate Attorney Diane K. Toner In New York

Appellate attorney Diane K. Toner has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Manhattan office as Special Counsel. Previously, she worked at a regional law firm where she primarily defended municipal entities and construction companies against New York Labor Law claims.  

With more than 15 years of appellate law experience, Toner focuses her practice on written and oral advocacy in support of trial and appellate litigation goals. From dispositive motions and appeals, to discovery motions, trial memoranda, and post-trial motions, she is a persuasive writer, able to highlight key issues for the court while creating a comprehensive record for appellate review. 

A member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations, Toner is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, and in the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of New York.
