Robin B. Snyder Elected into the Membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates
Robin B. Snyder, Shareholder and Assistant Director of the Health Care Department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been elected an Associate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation-only, and is reserved for trial lawyers who meet certain qualifications and have significant experience in leading civil jury trials to verdict.
An accomplished civil litigator and trial lawyer, Ms. Snyder has 25 years of medical malpractice litigation experience and has tried almost 40 civil cases to verdict. In her position of leadership at Marshall Dennehey, she assists Department Director T. Kevin FitzPatrick in managing and supervising the firm’s 70+ health care attorneys throughout 13 offices.
Ms. Snyder is a 1987 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a 1993 graduate of Widener University School of Law. A member of the Pennsylvania and Lackawanna County Bar Associations, she is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
