Defense verdict in premises liability case with well over seven-figures at stake.
We obtained a defense verdict following a 10-day jury trial on behalf of a national home improvement company and garden center, where the plaintiff’s demand was over seven figures.
Jury returns defense verdict for ER physician, hospital physician group and hospital.
The plaintiff filed a medical malpractice case, claiming the emergency room physician failed to appropriately treat her elevated blood sugar and groin abscess, leading to necrotizing fasciitis.
Jury defense verdict in high-stakes catastrophic litigation case.
We obtained a defense verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in a case where the plaintiff sought $24.1M for alleged property damages and lost revenue.
Fake COVID-19 test sinks plaintiff’s case
We successfully prosecuted a suspension petition in a case of first impression in Pennsylvania. The claimant sustained a compensable mental injury while employed with the employer.
Defense verdict at trial for national public transportation company.
Breach of contract claims were brought in the Connecticut Superior Court. The plaintiff had to purchase public transportation tickets after his car broke down.
Summary judgment achieved in first-party coverage lawsuit.
We won summary judgment in the U.S.D.C. for the Middle District of Florida in a first-party coverage case challenging the prompt notice of an insurance claim.
