Skiing into snow-making equipment may not be an inherent risk of the sport in Pennsylvania.

The court denied summary judgment, finding material issues of fact regarding why a skier collided with snow-making equipment. These questions included whether the skier was in control, at a safe rate of speed, if it was reasonable for the skier to believe he was on the trail and if the trail was properly marked.
