We are proud to announce that Keri Morris-Johnston (Wilmington, DE) has been selected “Top Lawyers” by Delaware Today Magazine. Each year, the publication invites all practicing attorneys in the Delaware Bar to participate in a peer nomination process to select Top Lawyers in numerous practice areas across the state. 

On October 18, Linda Wagner Farrell (Jacksonville, FL) was a panelist for two “evidence” discussions at the Florida Office of Judges of Compensation Claims’ OJCC Work Comp Academy. The program is aimed to educate young lawyers or lawyers new to the practice area.

On October 17, Blake Hood (Jacksonville, FL) presented “Florida 101: Hot Topics & Refresher” to the workers’ compensation claims professionals at BerkleyNet.

Robert Fitzgerald (Mount Laurel, NJ) co-presented at the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference on October 16. In “Know When to Hold ‘em, When to Fold ‘em! Best Bets to Limit Exposure in Claims Management,” Bob and Nicole Patterson, Director of Workers’ Compensation and Risk Management Operations at Aramark, discussed workers’ compensation claims handling strategies to reduce exposure during all phases of litigation.

Michele Punturi (Philadelphia, PA) provided commentary in the article, “Workers’ Comp Making Gains in Attracting Claims Talent,” appearing in the November issue of CLM Magazine.
