Christopher S. Devlin Joins Marshall Dennehey as Director of Professional Development and Training
Marshall Dennehey announced today that Christopher S. Devlin, Esq. has joined the firm as Director of Professional Development and Training. In this capacity, he will design, implement and oversee the firm’s legal and professional skills training programs, including associate conferences, annual mock trial and summer associate program, and CLE offerings for the firm’s 500 attorneys across 19 offices. Veteran Litigator Scott D. Taffet Joins Marshall Dennehey’s Casualty Department in New York
Experienced trial attorney Scott D. Taffet has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Westchester County office as a shareholder in the Casualty Department.
Taffet focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, trucking and transportation, property damage, and construction litigation matters. Previously, he was a partner at Penino & Moynihan LLP in White Plains.

Appellate attorney Diane K. Toner has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Manhattan office as Special Counsel. Previously, she worked at a regional law firm where she primarily defended municipal entities and construction companies against New York Labor Law claims.
Marshall Dennehey Announces 2024 Shareholder Class And Special Counsel Promotions
Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 10 attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2024. Additionally, three attorneys have been promoted from associate to special counsel.
